"Professor speaks at international conference

Ricardo Rozzi, a philosophy and religion studies professor, spoke at an International Union for Conservation of Nature conference over the weekend. He was on a panel with Nelson Mandela's grandson, Luvuyo Mandela, and Myrna Cunningham Kain, secretary general of the Indigenous Inter-American Institute. The three spoke about standing up for their rights, parks and social equity. The week-long conference was estimated to bring more than 5,000 people from more than 160 countries to talk about inspiring solutions for parks, people and the planet."
